The 50% ibérico field Jamón De Cebo from J'Monesterio, comes from 50% ibérica breed animals raised in freedom on farms and oak groves in Extremadura. Taking advantage of the natural resources of the field together with a supplement of selected feeds.

The result is this 7-7.5 kg ibérico field jamón de cebo of exceptional quality.

With an artisanal curing process for a minimum of 24 months in the drying sheds of Monesterio in which the cold winter climate and dry summer provide a unique bouquet and aroma to this ham.

Depois de vencer o campeonato espanhol de cortadores de presunto, Jesús fundou sua fábrica usando gado próprio e familiar. Em 2018, a Arte Corte recebeu o prestigioso Golden Ham Award para o melhor jamón de bellota da Extremadura, além de ser reconhecida com o prêmio de melhor gado.
