The Jamón De Cebo de Campo Ibérico 50% Breed Ibérica from J'Monesterio, comes from 50% ibérica breed animals raised in freedom on farms and oak groves in Extremadura. Taking advantage of the natural resources of the field together with a supplement of selected feeds.

Of exceptional quality, with an artisanal curing process for a minimum of 24 months, as established by the ibérico standard, although the usual is +30 months. Always in the drying sheds of the town of the jamón ibérico de Extremadura par excellence, Monesterio. In the countryside and Sierra de Monesterio, the cold winter climate and the dry summer climate provide a unique bouquet and aroma to this ham.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is common among farmers and industrialists in Extremadura to use service slaughterhouses located in Salamanca. If that is the case, in the ASICI Ibérico application, it will appear as a place of sacrifice: CASTILLA and LEÓN. This does not mean that the animals have not been raised in Extremadura or that after slaughter, their curing is carried out in Extremadura drying sheds.

Following this, the producer will evaluate the incident to collect the piece and perform the relevant analyses. Depending on the outcome:

1️⃣ If the product DOES NOT meet the producer's standard, the piece will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be issued.

2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.
