How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The order, under normal conditions, arrives to you in 2-3 days from when you place it. Fridays do NOT have shipments to prevent pieces from being in a logistics warehouse for two days. These timeframes during periods of high demand - Christmas and Black Friday - can be extended to 4-6 days. Attention! we are talking about mainland SPANISH territory.

Should I keep the original packaging and box of my order?

Yes, at least for the 15 days following receipt of the order. If the product were to be returned to the factory due to a claim, it must be sent in its original packaging.

What transport agency does ibericomio work with?

Shipments are made directly from the facilities of each of our producers. Each producer works with its own agency. The most common are GLS, Correos Express, SEUR…

Is the return free?

The return will always be free as long as you comply with the terms of use.

Do you have a physical store?

NO, all our activity is ONLINE. We will be happy to help you by phone, chat, email or WhatsApp.

How do I track my order?

Your order is sent directly from the producer's facilities. The steps that your order goes through and which we inform you of by email are: - Preparation in progress: The order is on the producer's table. He will select your ham and pack it. - Sent: Your Ibérico ham has left the factory. - Tracking number: Information from the shipping company and tracking number.

Does the courier call before delivery?

We cannot guarantee this as it depends on each transport company. You will receive the tracking number of your shipment with which you can track it. In case of shipping issues, our recommendation is to contact the agency that carried it out by email.

Do you ship ham outside of Spain?

YES, Ibericomio ships ham to all countries in the European Union. The shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will appear on the page where you enter the delivery address. By indicating the country, the shipping amount will be displayed. Delivery time for these shipments is usually 6-10 business days.

Do you ship Ibérico ham to Ceuta or Melilla?

NO, we are very sorry. The autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla are not communal customs territory. A shipment to Ceuta or Melilla involves a series of customs procedures that we cannot carry out under satisfactory service and price conditions for our customers.

Do you send invoices or receipts with the product?

Like any retail sale, we issue a purchase receipt that you receive by email when you place your order. The commercial invoice is only issued when the customer expressly requests it. To issue the invoice, we will need your complete tax data which you can add by opening the tab that appears when you enter all your details. If you want the product to arrive without a receipt because it is a gift, please indicate it in the comments.

Do you offer urgent shipping service?

Orders are served from the facilities of each producer. The minimum is 48 hours from when you place the order. We do not have warehouses with the product already packed and ready to ship.

Can I order by phone?

Ideally you should place your order online, but if the internet thing is not working well for you, we will help you by phone.

What should I do if the ham is defective or I don't like it?

In case of any issue, please send us an email to [email protected] and our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible. IMPORTANT: the ham must always keep its brida seal intact and its original packaging.

How will I receive and how long will it take to receive my ham or shoulder?

Your ham or shoulder will arrive by courier. The order, under normal conditions, arrives to you in 2-3 days from when you place it. Can I pay against delivery? What are the payment methods?

The payment methods we accept are: Credit/debit card, PAYPAL, BIZUM, Up Gourmet Card and Bank Transfer. We do not offer payment against delivery.

Are the payment methods on your page safe?

Our page is subject to the international protocol for secure electronic commerce which, in the case of card payment, requires double authentication. Therefore, paying by card for an Ibérico ham at ibericomio is 100% safe.

Do I need to create a user account to make a purchase?

It is not necessary but we recommend you create a user account so you have your delivery details already registered and can speed up your future purchases.

How do I use my discount coupon at ibericomio?

Very simple, on the payment page, the option appears at the bottom right: "enter your coupon here". And it will be applied immediately.

Can I modify a ham purchase once I've placed the order? And can I cancel it?

Yes, you can modify your ham purchase if you do so before 23:00 on the same day you placed the order. You can also cancel your order under the same conditions. After that deadline, if the order has already been shipped, you will have to return it to the producer and we will refund the amount paid.

Do the prices for ham or shoulder include shipping costs and corresponding taxes?

Yes, always. All our products include shipping costs and VAT for deliveries in mainland Spanish territory.

I'm trying to pay by card and I can't…

You probably don't have payment activated with the Secure Electronic Commerce protocol. Contact the issuer of your card to activate it.

To what areas and countries do you ship hams?

We deliver to all countries in the EU.

Can I send my ham as a gift?

Of course. Just indicate it in the comments. If you also want to add a note, just leave it in the comments.

What is the deadline for making a return?

The maximum return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Do you have organic hams?

Is it possible to ship ham sliced by blade with its bones and minced meat?

Yes, all producers have this add-on which is charged separately. The cost will depend on the producer. It is around 50€ for ham and 35€ for the Ibérico shoulder. Tell us which producer and we will send you the link.

Is it possible to buy ham and have it deboned and vacuum sealed? What does it cost?

Yes, deboned and vacuum-sealed ham is done by almost all our producers with an additional cost between 15-20€. Tell us which producer and we will send you the link.

What do you recommend I buy: Ibérico Shoulder or Ham?

This is the million-dollar question and there would be no exact answer. Here are some tips; We'll talk about the weight of each piece, yield, price, ease of cutting and juiciness. The Ibérico shoulder will always be smaller in size starting at 4kg - in the case of the 100% Ibérico shoulder it can be below 4kg - up to the large ones that are a bit over 6kg.

The smallest Ibérico ham is 7kg or a little less in the case of the 100% Ibérico ham. The yield of an Ibérico shoulder is usually 30-35% of its weight. If it is 100% Ibérico, it probably has more fat coverage to avoid a dry piece.

Ham reaches up to 50% of its weight in yield when we cut hams of 9.5kg or more. The price per kg of Ibérico ham will always be higher than the price/kg of the shoulder. As for cutting, the bones and arrangement of the shoulder make it more complicated, although once you get the hang of it it's not that difficult. The shoulder is juicier for connoisseurs but it's a matter of taste.
