Not all the bones of a ham are shipped.

We send you 3kgs. Jamón De Cebo 50% machine ibérico in 100g sachets plus his bag of taquitos and some bones. The hams have been selected, deboned and sliced by the team of the master cutter from Seville Juan Ortiz. Machine cut into thin slices.
This sliced jamón ibérico comes from selected Iberian pigs that have been raised on the best farms on the peninsula fed on high-quality cereals and legumes. Each slicing ham comes from the exclusive selection of jamón de cebo made by this illustrious jamón ibérico cutter.
IMPORTANT: The bag of bones goes into the vacuum. It is likely that with the movement the bones themselves will tear the bag and the vacuum will be lost. This does NOT alter the organoleptic characteristics of the bones at all and will NOT be a reason for change/complaint. If the bag of bones arrives without a vacuum, we recommend that you take them out of that bag, rinse them with water and put them in a new bag for freezing, which is an excellent form of preservation.

Following this, the producer will evaluate the incident to collect the piece and perform the relevant analyses. Depending on the outcome:

2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.

Pensé que compraba un producto similar al anterior, con la única diferencia de cambiar paleta por jamón, pero el tratamiento de la carne no tiene nada que ver. No me gustó y no entendí al comprarlo que pudiera haber tanta diferencia.

Pedidos rápidos y sencillos. A pesar de ser fechas complicadas llegó a tiempo. Los productos suelen tener una buena relación calidad precio.
La calidad, teniendo en cuenta lo que pagas es fantástica, ahora el envasado horroroso. Vienen todas las lonchas amontonadas y la mayoría de sobres mezclan lonchas con trocitos y es prácticamente imposible separarlos para poder presentarlos en un plato. Pero si lo usas para bocadillos, picar para croquetas, etc, es un productazo a un precio muy bueno
