Description

The 50% Ibérico Cebo De Campo Lomo is made with pigs fed with bellota and natural feed, in an artisanal way. It is lean, without external fat, deep red in color and marbled. It has an exquisite flavor with paprika, it is juicy and tender. It is vacuum-packed after maturation to preserve its qualities and maintain hygiene.
