Made by hand following the recipe passed down from generation to generation by the López family in Jerez de los Caballeros.

The Iberian sausages that make up this batch are:

  • 1 tub of Caldillo from Extremadura (approximately 400gr) made with Iberian pig liver and lard to which different spices are added. Ideal for a breakfast full of energy.
  • 1 Sweet patatera blood sausage (approx. 300g) the most typical blood sausage from Extremadura made with pork fat, potato, honey, paprika and garlic.
  • 1 Spicy patatera black pudding (approx. 300g) the Extremaduran blood sausage that contains spicy paprika to give it a unique flavor.
  • 1 Homemade Acorn-fed Iberian Salchichón (approximately 300g) prepared in a traditional way.
  • 1 Homemade Acorn-fed Iberian Chorizo ​​(approximately 300g) with the unique recipe of the López family.
