If upon receipt of your product there is a quality problem, if there was a human error in the shipment or any other circumstance that you consider susceptible to a return, please contact us immediately by e-mail to email@example.com
Indicating in the subject: ✅ Order reference.
In addition, you must tell us: ✅ Reasons for the incident.
Finally it always helps to attach: ✅ Photo of the product consumed.
After this, the producer will proceed to assess the incidence to collect the piece and perform the corresponding analysis. Based on these you can:
1️⃣ If the product is NOT according to the producer's standard, the piece is replaced free of charge or the full amount of the purchase is returned.
2️⃣ If the product IS in accordance with the producer's standard, the amount paid is returned, discounting the collection transport costs, as it is understood that a new piece is not required.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️ : Our rules of use require that:
✅ The consumption must be less than 20% of the total weight of the purchased piece.
✅ The inviolable seal of the Iberian standard must be in perfect condition on the piece. , it is required to have the flange on the piece
✅ You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product at your home.
