Each batch of cebo ibérica shoulder has its traceability endorsed by the certifying body of the Ibérico Certicity Standard

This paleta ibérica of cebo field comes from animals selected by the cutter Juan Ortiz in Fincas de Extremadura y Andalucía. 50% Iberian pigs fed on feed and what they can take advantage of from the countryside.

Juan Ortiz has been selecting and cutting jamón ibérico for the most exquisite events in Seville and Andalucía for more than 20 years. He belongs to the National Association of Ham Cutters and is a benchmark in the world of jamón ibérico cutters.

Por favor deben cuidar el transporte, el jamón llegó ardiendo, a última hora del día. Si mejoran ese punto la experiencia sería de 5 estrellas

Al llegar el jamón ardiendo de calor adquirió un punto de sal extra que empeoró el producto, por favor mejoren el transporte ya sea con embalaje térmico o planificando la entrega de estos alimentos al comienzo de la jornada, se lo digo de corazón
