Jamón de Bellota 100% ibérica breed, handcrafted in the Dehesa of Extremadura from pigs raised in fields and fed with bellota and plant roots during the montanera. Señorío Porrino cures it with care to maintain its juicy flavor and texture. It is a high-quality homemade piece, and its meat is cured in the traditional way, being a real pleasure for the palate.
Extremadura family business located in the town of Salvaleón, with extensive experience in livestock, the food sector and the production of pork products ibérico.
Their hams and sausages are made from their own pigs, in this way they ensure the best raw material from birth and thus offer the best Iberian products.
They combine traditional production with technological innovation – traceability, vacuum packaging and computer control of all processes – always seeking excellence and the highest quality of their products.

Additionally, you must provide: ✅ Reasons for the incident.
Finally, it always helps to attach: ✅ Photo of the consumed product.
Following this, the producer will evaluate the incident to collect the piece and perform the relevant analyses. Depending on the outcome:
1️⃣ If the product DOES NOT meet the producer's standard, the piece will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be issued.
2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️: Our terms of use require that:
- ✅ Consumption must be less than 20% of the total weight of the purchased piece.
- ✅ The tamper-proof seal of the Iberian standard must be in perfect condition.

Sabor bueno, no les doy 5 estrellas por que demasiado graso. En general bueno con sabor a jamon de bellota.

Muy decepcionado con este jamón 100% ibérico de bellota. No tenía el mismo sabor delicioso que el Pata Negra que suelo comprar. ¡Este jamón era muy inferior a un serrano común! La grasa estaba demasiado vieja y anaranjada, y la curación era deficiente (parte del jamón estaba incomible: negra y dura como la madera). ¡Este jamón nunca debería haberse vendido, ni siquiera a mitad de precio!<br />
