It comes from 100% Iberian breed animals that have enjoyed the pastures and herbs of the pasture during their growth and fed exclusively with acorns.

The ham is made by natural means for a minimum of 36 months.

This ham has been awarded in 2017 and 2019 with the AWARD FOR THE BEST IBERIAN HAM'17 and '19 at the Monesterio Ham Fair.

In addition, it has 2 "TASTE AWARDS" in recognition of its excellent taste.
