Alejandro Fernández, fourth generation of bellota jamón ibérico producers in Guijuelo has added his extensive knowledge of technologies to the good work of one of the families with the longest ham making tradition in Guijuelo.

Don Ibérico 100% bellota ham ibérica comes from pigs raised in pastures belonging to the same families of farmers who for more than a century have selected the best 100% ibérico animals for the Sánchez family and bring us today the renowned jamón ibérico Don Ibérico

Don Ibérico's genuine computer traceability system allows you to instantly obtain all the data of the Dehesa in which the animal was raised, the fresh weight of the ham leg and all the details that guarantee the enormous quality of a 100% unique ibérico jamón de bellota.

We present a 100% ibérico Jamón De Bellota of 6-6.5kgs sliced into slices and vacuum packed in 80g sachets. A total of 30 sachets weighing 2.4kg are presented.
