Half a piece of Morcón Extra de Cerdo Ibérico is a star product of the producer Chaparro, made with a noble meat of the Iberian acorn-fed pig, such as the head of the dam, chopped with a knife by experts and expert slaughterhouses, and with a soft paprika dressing. This chopped by hand allows to distinguish very well the lean ones in the cut of the Iberian morcón and is a sign of distinction of the quality of the sausage.

Lovers of acorn-fed sausage recognize that a good acorn-fed morcón is a delicious snack. In Chaparro special care is taken in the elaboration of this jewel of its production.
