Each piece of lomo comes from animals fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera, which guarantees a perfect balance between fat infiltration and natural flavor.
Its slow curing, carried out in optimal conditions, enhances its intense aroma and delicate nuances that delight the most demanding palates.
