The creation of the Ibéricos Galocha brand is the result of a careful selection of exclusive herds of Iberian pigs from bellota raised in freedom in the Huelva and Extremadura pastures, fed exclusively on bellota during their fattening season in Montanera. In order to achieve a shoulder of bellota of guaranteed quality and unique flavor.
