Sliced in "fetas" of 100% Iberian Bellota Shoulder is a premium machine sliced with the result of a thin slice, small in size and always homogeneous with the same flavor and quality as any knife sliced.

Product has been chosen by more than 200 international chefs with Michelin star awarded by the Institute of Taste in 2023. SUPERIOR TASTE AWARD medal with 3 stars (the maximum)

It comes from 100% Iberian pigs fed to acorns in their montanera stage.

They are palettes of more than 5kgs of the 2020 vintage with more than 20 months of curing and almost all of them above 24 months. A spectacular palette at a scandalous price to be able to taste it at any time. Open the envelope and you're done!
