Shoulder of Field Bait 50% Iberian from pure Iberian pigs 50% of own breeding, raised in freedom with an exquisite feeding of feed and fruits of the Huelva countryside. Its traditional curing is more than 27 months under the continental climate in Huelva and Extremadura in dryers and natural cellars. Very fine bone, long and well profiled, with appropriate fat trimming of very soft consistency. The cut presents an attractive cherry red color, good infiltration and veining, and a shine (both lean and fat) characteristic of its high quality. Its flavor is very pleasant, sweet and soft. For all tastes.

Magnificent Field Bait Shoulder 50% Iberian Sliced with Knife and sent in a box with a minimum of 15 sachets and a maximum of 21, depending on the weight option chosen. Also coniene a package with chopped bones ideal for broths and two sachets of taquitos ideal for cooking. All vacuum packed for perfect conservation.
