Enjoy this Paleta de cebo de campo and Lomo 50% ibérico Lot from SAN INGELMO. The paleta is made solely and exclusively from pigs raised on the Ingelmo family's own farms in the vicinity of Béjar and Candelario, in the south of the province of Salamanca.

This special lot is composed of:

  • 1 Paleta De Cebo De Campo 50% Ibérica (4-4.5kg)
  • 1 Lomo of bellota 50% Ibérico (approx. 500gr)

The paleta ibérica SAN INGELMO is the result of careful genetic screening of Iberian mothers. In addition, the SAN INGELMO Iberian pigs have a diet based on the pastures and fruits of the Salamanca forest. They are supplemented with specially selected feeds.

The lomo 50% ibérico of bellota is a real gastronomic gem. It comes from Iberian pigs fed on acorns during the montanera, which gives this product an intense flavor, juicy texture and an unmistakable aroma.

Its artisanal production includes a slow curing process that highlights its unique character, perfect for the most demanding palates.
