In the foothills of the Monfragüe National Park, Iberian ham is made and cured in the facilities of the small company Sierra de Monfragüe. At the head of this company, the entrepreneur Marta Recio, follows the traditional recipe of her ancestors getting an Iberian loin or an Iberian chorizo of indisputable flavor and quality.

The Iberian sausage that we offer is made exclusively with natural ingredients being suitable for celiacs and lactose intolerant.

This lot contains:

  • - Half cane of bait loin field 50% Iberian of a minimum weight of 500grs
  • - Half a piece of Iberian sausageor a minimum weight of 500grs
  • - Half a piece of Iberian chorizo weighing at least 500grs.
  • - 1 sachet of 50% Iberian field bait ham

IMPORTANT: If you want to change the composition of the lot, contact us and we will adapt it.

Jamones y Embutidos Sierra de Monfragüe, SL is a company from Extremadura run by a young entrepreneur full of imagination and willingness to innovate. In its Iberian products it combines the tradition of Iberian pig slaughter from Extremadura with the boldest innovation. All this in a unique environment, the foothills of the Monfragüe National Park, which allows a unique curing of its products.

Sierra de Monfragüe is the only company in Spain that produces Iberian Wagyu sausages.
