The perfect Iberian gift comes from a family business in the foothills of the Monfragüe National Park where the Iberian shoulder, the Iberian loin and all the Iberian sausages are made following the tradition of authentic Extremaduran sausage.
La Paleta Cebo Campo Sierra de Monfragüe comes from pigs raised in freedom on farms owned by the family. Fed with holm oak fruits, pastures and selected feed. Well camped pigs that have given rise to the select and tasty Iberian Shoulder of Cebo Campo Sierra de Monfragüe.
The 75% Iberian field bait loin Sierra de Monfragüe is a noble piece of the Iberian pig that only has added paprika from the vera and salt. The Iberian chorizo and salchichón Sierra de Monfragües are made in an artisanal way without flavor enhancers or dyes. Only natural ingredients
