🐖 Jamón Ibérico de Monesterio – This jamón ibérico comes from 100% ibérica breed pigs, raised in freedom in the pastures and fed on acorns during the montanera season. Thanks to this natural diet, its meat has an exceptional fat infiltration that translates into flavor, aroma and juiciness.

The curing process is carried out slowly and traditionally, for more than 36 months, in Monesterio's natural drying sheds. This unique environment promotes uniform ripening and enhances all the nuances of authentic jamón de bellota.

🥩 Format and Presentation

From Monesterio we have selected 100% ibérico bellota hams with an average weight of 6-7kgs that are sliced and served in 25 sachets of 100g of sliced ham in tapas format and vacuum packed together with a bag of cubes and another bag with its bones to preserve all its properties. Perfect to enjoy on any occasion, on a board or as the protagonist of your dishes.

They are hams that, due to their size, a particular consumer would not get this performance so easily, so they are deboned and sliced for you.

IMPORTANT: The bag of bones goes into a vacuum and is not all the bones of a ham. It is likely that with movement the bones themselves, by their very nature, tear the bag and it loses its vacuum. This does NOT alter the organoleptic characteristics of the bones at all and will NOT be a reason for change/complaint. If the bag of bones arrives without a vacuum, we recommend that you take them out of that bag and put them in a new bag for freezing, which is an excellent form of preservation.
