Iberian fan from Iberian pigs raised in freedom on the farms and countryside of Salamanca in the regime of "bait campeado". They are animals with a minimum of 12 months of age before slaughter. In the last two months of life they are fed based on the resources of the Mediterranean forest exercising muscles and grazing freely among trees and shrubs of the Valdelazarza farms, between the towns of Alba de Tormes and Piedrahita and Navalcuervo in Palacios de Salvatierra, which belongs to the municipality of Guijuelo.
The Iberian Fan is the most recent piece of Iberian meat that has been introduced into gastronomy. It is located just on the outside of the ribs. You can see the fatty part of the fan that coincides with the location of the ribs. Each Iberian pig has 2 fans. The Iberian Fan has a higher proportion of lean than fat compared to the secret or the prey.

Iberian fans from pigs raised in freedom in Salamanca, fed with natural resources from the Mediterranean forest. Each pack includes 5-6 fans of 200-300 grams each. The meat is fresh, certified and shipped refrigerated and vacuum-packed.
The Ingelmo family has been raising Iberian pigs in the Sierra de Béjar and Candelario for more than 25 years. The Valdelazarza and Navalcuervo farms are traditional farms where the dedication and care of the Iberian animal translates into the quality of San Ingelmo hams and sausages.

Following this, the producer will evaluate the incident to collect the piece and perform the relevant analyses. Depending on the outcome:
1️⃣ If the product DOES NOT meet the producer's standard, the piece will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be issued.
2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.
