Have you ever wondered what happens to those products that do not meet the "beauty standard"? What do producers do with ham that does not have the perfect slicing, slices that have some other small defect that the supermarket/hypermarket does not want?
When the ham is of excellent quality, but the slice does not meet the parameters of a supermarket purchasing manager (perhaps it is a little thicker, smaller or has an irregular edge), it becomes what we call aesthetic "discard". However, its taste, curing and quality are exactly the same as the standard product that you buy in any supermarket.
We don't waste the flavor here. At Ibericomio we believe that flavour does not understand in perfect ways. For this reason, we have opened an alternative channel, the OUTLET DEL IBÉRICO to offer you these "imperfect jewels" at a crazy price.
We present our CURED HAM sliced by machine with imperfect cut SPECIAL SANDWICHES and served in packages of between 250g and 750g.
The product we serve you is not uniform. It will be several packages. In any case, we guarantee that the sum of the different packages that will arrive will weigh at least 1kg or 2kg.
VERY IMPORTANT: The slices have dividers.

The imperfect sliced cured ham SPECIAL BOCADILLOS is an economical option for those who enjoy the authentic taste of ham without paying more.
It is made with pieces of excellent quality, but with slices that do not meet the aesthetic standards of supermarkets (due to size, thickness or shape). At Ibericomio, these "discards" are used in the IBÉRICO OUTLET, offering the same flavour and curing at a reduced price. It comes in packages of 500 g to 1 kg (1 or 2 packages per order, minimum 1 kg total) with dividers between slices.
It comes in packages of variable weight between 300 g and 600 g with dividers, adding up to a minimum of 1 kg in total.

Sometimes things can go wrong. Iberian ham or shoulder are not like screws; they are not all identical.
If there is a quality issue upon receiving your product, a human error in shipping, or any other circumstance you consider grounds for a return, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]

Additionally, you must provide: ✅ Reasons for the incident.
Finally, it always helps to attach: ✅ Photo of the consumed product.
Following this, the producer will evaluate the incident to collect the piece and perform the relevant analyses. Depending on the outcome:
1️⃣ If the product DOES NOT meet the producer's standard, the piece will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be issued.
2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️: Our terms of use require that:
- ✅ Consumption must be less than 20% of the total weight of the purchased piece.
- ✅ The tamper-proof seal of the Iberian standard must be in perfect condition.

El pedido llegó muy rápido y muy bien embalado, los productos muy buenos, mejor de lo que esperaba, volveré a comprar seguro.
Lo de imperfecto solo afecta a la estética, el sabor muy bueno y muy bien preparado con separadores, perfecto para comer directamente o para bocadillos e incluso para las tostadas, buenísimo.
