Paleta of bellota 100% breed ibérica made in an artisanal way in the Dehesa Extremeña, is a delicacy obtained from the forelimbs of the best pig ibérico raised in our extensive fields, fed with bellota and roots of plants from the Dehesa during their fattening season in the montanera.

From Señorío Porrino we present the pata negra of the ibérico, listed as one of the best on the market ibérico for maintaining its juicy flavor and texture, we prepare for your table an exquisite high-quality homemade piece.

Remember that the paleta of 100% bellota ibérica provides an average yield of 30% on its gross weight. To give you an idea, a paleta of 4kgs. You will get just over 1.2kgs of lean. The rest are the crust, the bones and the topping bacon that if not the yellow (already rancid), the white, oh my, what a delicious bacon!
