a) 1 sachet of 75% ibérico cebo ham , 1 sachet of 75% ibérico cebo cebo loin , 1 sachet of chorizo ibérico and 1 sachet of ibérico sausage .
b) 1 sachet of 75% ibérico field cebo ham, 1 sachet of 75% ibérico cebo loin
c) 1 sachet of 75% ibérico cebo ham , 1 sachet of 75% ibérico cebo loin , 1 sachet of chorizo ibérico or 1 sachet of ibérico sausage .
d) 1 sachet of 75% ibérico cebo cebo ham, 1 sachet of chorizo ibérico or 1 sachet of ibérico sausage.
All the products we offer are made by Jamones y Embutidos Sierra de Monfragüe in Malpartida de Plasencia. In its facilities, only Iberian hams are made from their own livestock that graze freely on the El Ternezuelo family farm. Straight from the field to the table.
It should be noted that the sausage is all made in an artisanal way, following the Cáceres recipe of traditional cured meats with paprika from La Vera.
