Bellota shoulder 50% Iberian breed made by hand in the Dehesa of Extremadura, is a delicacy obtained from the front limbs of the best Iberian pig raised in our extensive fields, fed with acorns and roots of plants of the Dehesa during its fattening season in the montanera.

From Señorío Porrino we present the black leg of the Iberian, cataloged as one of the best in the Iberian market for maintaining its juicy flavor and texture, we prepare for your table an exquisite homemade piece of high quality.

The yield of a shoulder is around 30% and it is important to know that acorn shoulders always have greater bacon coverage to allow the meat to keep all its juiciness.
