paleta of 100% bellota Ibérica J'Monesterio, made from 100% breed pigs ibérica raised in freedom in the pastures of southern Extremadura and fed with acorns during the montanera.

Each piece has been carefully selected to offer a unique experience, where the exceptional taste, traditional know-how and benefits of a product ibérico certified with a black seal of the Jamón Ibérico Quality Standard come together.

Choose between WHOLE PIECE or FREE SLICING

If you opt for free slicing, the paleta will be sliced, right at the time of order, by the team of the cutter Jesús García, Spanish Champion of cutters. Its mastery in cutting guarantees perfect slices that enhance every nuance of aroma and flavor.

It has a natural healing process:

  • Between 12 and 16 months in traditional drying sheds

This gives the piece a deep and intense flavour, with the unctuous texture characteristic of the best Iberian hams.

Format and presentation:

  • SLICED FREE Sliced in 14 sachets of 100 g, vacuum packed, with their corresponding cubes and bones. Estimated slicing yield: 30% - 35% of original weight.

  • WHOLE PIECE paleta of 100% bellota ibérica of approximately 4.5kg weight

It is presented sliced in 14 sachets of 100 g, vacuum-packed, with cubes and bones included. Certified with a black seal of the ibérico standard, this paleta offers an intense flavor, juicy texture and a yield of 30–35%.
