paleta 5 Stars Señorío de Porrino is handcrafted in Salvaleón from purebred pigs raised in freedom in the Extremadura countryside and fed with herbs, grasses and other fruits of the Mediterranean forest.

From Salvaleón, Badajoz, Señorío Porrino makes an exquisite homemade piece following the same rigorous and high quality process that has allowed it to be recognized by the regular consumer of jamón ibérico artisan.
The yield of a shoulder is around 30% and it is important to know that these pieces always have greater bacon coverage to allow the meat to keep all its juiciness.
They are pieces weighing approximately 3.5-4kg. which for different reasons are not in the ibérico standard, what we usually call Ham Outside the Standard.
