With neatness and care, the Morales brothers elaborate an exquisite palette of 50% Iberian field bait from the forelimbs of the Iberian pig raised on the family farm.

Following a specialization in a 50% Iberian Cebo Campo Shoulder, SURIBERICO only produces Bellota Ham, Bellota Shoulder, Iberian Cebo Ham and Iberian Field Cebo Shoulder.
