The 100%Jamón de Bellota Ibérico Deshuesado San Ingelmo, also known as Pata Negra, comes from purebred Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the prestigious pastures of Valdelazarza (Horcajo Medianero) and Navalcuervo (Palacios de Salvatierra), located in the heart of the Sierra de Béjar and Candelario, Salamanca.
During the montanera, these pigs feed on acorns and natural pastures, which guarantees a jamón ibérico of bellota with intense flavor, fresh aromas and nuances reminiscent of grass and pastureland. Its lower fat infiltration and its characteristic stylized leg are hallmarks of authentic 100% ibérico Pata Negra ham.
