The jamón de bellota 50% ibérica San Ingelmo. comes from Iberian pigs raised in the Valdelazarza pastures in Horcajo Medianero and the Dehesa Navalcuervo in Palacios de Salvatierra in the vicinity of the Sierra de Béjar and Candelario.
This ham is the jewel in the crown of the Ingelmo family who raise all their animals in the pastures of Salamanca. Iberian pigs with a breed purity of 100% that have enjoyed a large amount of bellota in the montanera months.
A jamón de bellota 50% ibérica is characterized by less infiltrated muscle fat and a thin leg. On the palate the jamón de bellota brings fresh flavors of the grass and bellota.
The Ingelmo family slices this ham by machine as your order arrives and sends it directly from their dryers to your home. In case you choose the 30 sachet option, San Ingelmo will send you the 30 sachets along with the bones of the piece to make rich broths and the minced jamón ibérico with which you can delight your guests with great authentic bellota ham croquettes.

The 50% jamón de bellota ibérico San Ingelmo is a culinary jewel of Iberian pigs raised in pastures in Salamanca. This is characterised by its lower infiltrated fat and is sent in 100g vacuum packets along with bones for broths and ham mince for croquettes.
The Ingelmo family has been raising Iberian pigs in the Sierra de Béjar and Candelario for more than 25 years. The Valdelazarza and Navalcuervo farms are traditional farms where the dedication and care of the Iberian animal translates into the quality of San Ingelmo hams and sausages.

Following this, the producer will evaluate the incident to collect the piece and perform the relevant analyses. Depending on the outcome:
1️⃣ If the product DOES NOT meet the producer's standard, the piece will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be issued.
2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.
