Made naturally, cured only with salt and without additives, WITHOUT NITRITES OR NITRATES, following a family recipe dating back to 1910. Each slice reflects the tradition and passion for offering a ham with authentic character and flavor.

Quality recognized with the Golden Ham award -3rd place- of the Salón del Jamón Ibérico de Jerez de los Caballeros in Badajoz - Extremadura.
