The Maestre family is in charge of raising the ibérico pig from birth. They have control of the piece from the time it is a piglet until it reaches your table.

These animals enjoy a full life outside, in harmony with nature.

In their last phase of life to take advantage of the increased consumption of bellota, the animals are distributed among various pastures north of Cáceres. Ensuring, in this way, that they feed abundantly on acorns.
