It is made following a rigorous process of salting, drying and natural maturation, with a minimum curing time that guarantees its juicy texture, intense aroma and deep and persistent flavor.

It is the star ham of the firm Ibéricos Benito, and is considered, due to its quality and authenticity, as one of the best hams in our country today.
