Bellota Ham 75% Iberian, designation of origin Jamón de Jabugo is presented in Bellota SUMMUN and EXCELLENT qualities.

The Castaño Fernández family produces the renowned Bellota Ham D.O.P Jabugo Tartessos following the strictest controls of the technicians of the Denomination of Origin Jamón de Jabugo.

It is a 100% natural acorn-fed ham with a composition of 98% Acorn-fed Iberian Pork Ham and 2% salt. In its elaboration all the knowledge of a family that produces Iberian ham since 1890 is applied.

The firm Hermanos Castaño Fernández, SA has the most modern dryers in the town of Cumbres Mayores. From this municipality of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche they serve their products to the entire national geography and more than 15 countries.

Tartessos is a company founded in 1890 with the illusion of developing and breeding high quality Iberian hams and with the intention of being recognized throughout the Spanish state.

The experience of the family and nature where the Iberian hams are dried and aged give an incredible quality giving an exceptional flavor. The curing of their hams goes from three to four long years.

Tartessos produces Iberian ham from Jabugo under the Jabugo Designation of Origin. You can see a selection of all our products under the DO Jabugo.

Jamón de Bellota 75% Ibérico, D.O.P Jabugo, produced by the Castaño Fernández family, S.A., with more than 100 years of experience in the production of jamón ibérico. Composed of 98% Pork Ham Ibérico bellota and 2% salt. They are produced in modern dryers in Cumbres Mayores and are distributed nationally and internationally.
