This lot of Señorío de Porrino is designed to bring all the flavor of authentic Extremaduran sausages directly to your home.
This producer has been recognized with different awards at the Salón del Jamón Ibérico de Jerez de los Caballeros.

Made in an artisanal way following the recipe passed down from generation to generation by the López family in Jerez de los Caballeros.
The Iberian sausages that make up this batch are:
- 1 tub of Extremaduran broth (400 g approx.), made with liver and ibérico lard, to which different spices are added. Ideal for an energetic breakfast.
- 1 Sweet potato black pudding (300 g approx.), the most typical black pudding in Extremadura, made with pork fat, potato, honey, paprika and garlic.
- 1 spicy black pudding (300 g approx.), the Extremaduran black pudding that contains hot paprika to give it a unique flavour.
- 1 salchichón ibérico of homemade bellota (300 g approx.), made in the traditional way.
- 1 chorizo ibérico of homemade bellota (300 g approx.), with the unique recipe of the López family.
