The Lot of Chorizo and Sausage of bellota by Embutidos Morato is made with pig meat fed on acorns and pastures from the pasture. This leading company in the manufacture of Iberian products in Badajoz offers a batch that includes half a chorizo and half a salami, both bellota and weighing 500 grams each.

The name MORATO has a tradition of more than 100 years linked to the industry of Iberian hams and sausages, having its headquarters in Los Santos de Maimona, in Badajoz (Extremadura). The beginnings of this family business date back to 1898 and currently Felix Morato Carranza, grandson of the founders, is in charge of the family business of the factory of Iberian hams of acorn of the Dehesa and Sausages.

2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.

La atención de los componentes del equipo Ibericomio es increíble, solucionaron todas mis dudas y me aconsejaron lo mejor posible.

Compré un jamón 100% ibérico de bellota, más específicamente el de Barón de Ley, para un regalo a una persona bastante entendida en el mundo del ibérico.<br /> El jamón como producto es un 15/10, es un espectáculo, de corazón, enhorabuena al productor y una vez más, gracias al equipo de Ibericomio pero... siempre tiene que haber un pero, la presentación de Baron de Ley para un jamón de tal calibre dejó mucho que desear.<br /> Me explico un poco: la caja es aceptable,, blanca con las letras en dorado y luego el jamón viene envuelto con una malla negra y letras doradas (ya podrían ponerle una funda, mucho más elegante). El problema viene en que me llega la caja completamente sucia y rota por varias partes. Y ahí es donde para mí el producto pierde valor.<br /> Si en calidad de jamón puedo garantizar que no envidia a 5J, ni a Joselito, ni a BeHer entre otros, si que debería aprender un poco de alguno de ellos en lo que a presentación se refiere.<br /> Sin más, tengo claro que repetiré y que lo recomiendo, eso si, la próxima vez para casa, no para un regalo. Uno de los mejores jamones con denominación de origen de Extremadura, la que a día de hoy para mi tiene mejor calidad de todas las denominaciones.<br /> Un saludo. <br />
