The 100% field cebo ham ibérico Doble F comes from animals raised in total freedom in the Dehesas of the Díaz family. Animals that entered the montanera late and did not fatten sufficiently before the deadline (31 March) established by the pig quality standard ibérico for slaughter with the designation bellota. These animals will be in the pasture for a few more weeks until they acquire enough weight for slaughter. During this period they will feed on the natural resources provided by the pasture and specially selected feed. In addition, they have an oleic acid index between 51 and 53%.
Double F, is the result of the heritage and knowledge of Mr. Eulogio Díaz and that is now embodied in Fabián Díaz, the 3rd generation of farmers located in the mountains of Huelva and Seville. When they started fattening 100% ibérico pork, the most recognized firms in the world of ibérico came to buy their animals because of the enormous quality of the product they obtained. Given the success, in 2004, the Díaz family began to cure their own hams. Exclusively from the 300 pigs they slaughter annually.
Doble F does its bit in the fight against climate change with this 100% field cebo ham ibérico where they have replaced ropes and vitolas of their products with biodegradable ones such as sisal for the ropes and grass paper for the vitolas.
Double F's 100% ibérico free-range cebo ham comes from pigs raised in freedom in the Dehesas of the Díaz family, in Zufre, Huelva. Doble F is the result of the experience of three generations of farmers and contributes to the fight against climate change by using biodegradable materials in its products. They have an oleic acid content between 51 and 53%.
Ibéricos Doble F is the brand of a small family business of ibérico pig farmers and producers of their derivatives. It all started in 1998 and, since 2004, after requests from family and friends, we have been making our own products, until today. They have their own breeding mother farm located in the Sierra de Sevilla. The fattening of our pigs, based on acorns, and the subsequent preparation and curing of the products derived from them is carried out in the Sierra de Huelva, specifically in the region of Aracena and Picos de Aroche.

Following this, the producer will evaluate the incident to collect the piece and perform the relevant analyses. Depending on the outcome:

2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.
