Rosa Sánchez continues to salt and cure Iberian hams just as her father and grandfather did. The turn now is Alejandro Fernández, the fourth generation of renowned producers of Iberian hams, shoulders and sausages in Guijuelo.

Alejandro has added his extensive knowledge of technologies to the experience accumulated over three generations to offer products of guaranteed quality and traceability.

Don Ibérico 100% Iberian acorn shoulder comes from pigs raised in pastures belonging to the same families of farmers who for more than a century have selected the best 100% Iberian animals for the Sánchez family. This family communion between farmers and producers allows us to recommend and guarantee the exquisite 100% Iberian Bellota Don Ibérico Shoulder

The genuine computer traceability system of Don Ibérico allows, instantly, to obtain all the data of the Dehesa in which the animal was raised, the fresh weight of the ham leg and all the details that guarantee the enormous quality of a unique 100% Iberian acorn shoulder.

Following this, the producer will evaluate the incident to collect the piece and perform the relevant analyses. Depending on the outcome:

1️⃣ If the product DOES NOT meet the producer's standard, the piece will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be issued.

2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.
