Bellota shoulder 50% Iberian direct from the producer. From Gallegos de Argañán in Salamanca the Martín family has been dedicated to the breeding of pure Iberian pigs for several generations. Years of experience that guarantee genetics in the animal that is transmitted to its Iberian shoulder of acorn.

The Dehesas de Gallegos de Argañán are recognized for the enormous density of holm oaks. In addition, the climate, with more abundant rains than in other pastures in the south of the Iberian Peninsula, allows it to have a large production of acorns that achieves a greater replacement of the Iberian pig in the montanera season.

Encina Charra only sells Iberian shoulder from its animals. This is a limited pig production. This palette has been specially chosen for ibericomio customers with all the guarantees.
