Bellota shoulder 50% Iberian from one of our most recognized producers for its quality. This Iberian shoulder of acorn comes exclusively from pig farming raised in the Dehesa Los Baldíos in the municipality of Arroyo de La Luz north of Cáceres. In the pasture, Iberian pigs perform continuous exercise getting animals with the right point of fat.

It is a limited livestock production and specially selected for ibericomio with an absolute traceability of each 50% Iberian acorn shoulder.
