Acorn-fed ham 50% Iberian breed, a delicacy that comes from the diversity of the Extremaduran pastures and is characterized by its juiciness and aroma thanks to a diet of acorns and wild herbs. This ham is the result of the mixture between a 100% Iberian mother and a 100% Duroc father, and its curing is carried out only with salt and air.
