Jamón SIEMPRE jamón Selección Vallehermoso, is the ham of a lifetime, the ham you always want to have at home. The SIEMPRE selección ham comes from the pigs of the SAT Vallehermoso's own livestock that are raised in their own farms distributed in 20 municipalities throughout the national geography. Always fed with feed from our own farms located in Alhambra and La Solana - Ciudad Real.
This SIEMPRE Selección ham has a very recognizable taste with the juiciness provided by the selected genetics and the feeding with quality feed.
These are selected pieces that although not being certified within the Iberian Standard have the guarantee of Jamones y Embutidos Vallehermoso, recognized producers of feed in La Mancha and cure all their Iberian hams in Salamanca. More information about hams out of the norm. Specifically, these hams come from pigs whose carcass weight was less than the 115kgs established by the Iberian standard.

Jamón SIEMPRE Selección Vallehermoso is a traditional ham from pigs raised on their own farms. They are fed with quality feed from the company in Ciudad Real. Although they do not meet the Iberian standard in terms of carcass weight, these hams offer a distinctive and juicy flavour thanks to the selected genetics. They are cured in Salamanca.
