The Dehesa de Extremadura Acorn-fed Shoulder Ham 75% Iberian breed PDO is a delicacy thanks to the pigs' feeding of acorns and wild herbs. With a 100% Iberian mother and a 50% Iberian father, it is cured only with salt in the natural drying rooms of the García Mimbrero family, enhancing its flavour and quality.
