Acorn-fed 50% Iberian shoulder from the García Mimbrero family, sliced in tapas format. It comes from 50% Iberian pigs raised in Dehesas Extremeñas, with a 100% Iberian mother and a 100% duroc father. Machine slicing makes it easy to enjoy. The shoulder, obtained from the front limb of pigs, is particularly tasty.
