We present this great 100% Iberian Bellota Shoulder already sliced with a knife in containers of 100grs. It is made in the Granada de Rio-Tinto municipality of Huelva adjacent to Higuera de la Sierra, Aracena and other towns with a long ham tradition.

The Doble F brand is a tribute to Fabián Díaz father and son who since 1998 have opted for 100% Iberian pig breeding in the incomparable environment of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche. Iberian pigs are fattened in the Dehesa El Higueral in the municipality of Zufre (Huelva). 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder that comes exclusively from the 300 pigs slaughtered annually. A real private selection for you.

Doble F puts its grain of sand in the fight against climate change with this 100% Iberian acorn shoulder slicing where they have replaced ropes and vitolas of their products with biodegradable ones such as sisal for the ropes and grass paper for the vitolas.

This type of ham fed with acorns is one of the best options when buying authentic pata negra ham from 100% Iberian pigs raised in the pastures of Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche.

About 16 sachets of 100 grams cut with a knife from a 100% Iberian acorn shoulder with a percentage of 54% oleic acid that is a symptom of a good and ample acorn diet.

Meet the producer

Ibéricos Doble F is the brand of a small family business of Iberian pig farmers and producers of their derivatives. It all started in 1998 and, since 2004, after the requests of family and friends we started to make our own products, until today. They have their own breeding mother farm located in the Sierra de Sevilla. The fattening of our pigs, based on acorns, and the subsequent elaboration and curing of the products derived from them is carried out in the Sierra de Huelva, specifically in the region of Aracena and Picos de Aroche.

Description

Founded in 1909, Ramón Chaparro, is the third generation of manufacturers of Iberian hams, Iberian shoulders and Iberian sausages. With facilities located in Cumbres Mayores , epicenter of the triangle of Iberian ham of Huelva par excellence; Cumbres Mayores, Cortegana and Jabugo. In this privileged space of the Natural Park of theSierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, the Iberian pigs that will provide the raw material of Jamones Chaparro are raised in freedom in large extensions of pastures. This mountain range of Huelva stands out for the special microclimate that favors a delicate curing of hams, shoulders and Iberian sausages giving it a flavor and appearance characteristic of the Iberian of Huelva.

The hams and sausages of Ramón Chaparro stand out for their curing in a natural cellar adding only salt and time. Without any nitrifying agents or preservatives.
