Embutidos Y Jamones Ecológicos Luis Gil has several generations of artisans making organic sausages and raising their own livestock farm in an organic way.
Its products are organic, 100% natural and gluten-free (suitable for people with food allergies or lactose and egg intolerances).
Elaboration of organic sausages
Since 1920 Luis Gil produces artisan and ecological Iberian products. They already had in the family years ago with a village butcher shop and together with the shepherd's trade the family tradition was continued in the elaboration of artisanal sausages.
Later generations professionalized the family tradition by creating the sausage factory with the name honoring grandfather Luis.
At present, with the fourth generation of the family fully involved in the family business, an ambitious project has been launched that allows them to produce organic sausages and fresh meats from their own exploitation of animals raised in total freedom and in an ecological way, in harmony with nature and man.
Organic pig farm
El Encinar de Ocón' is located in Valle de Ocón (La Rioja - Spain), where duroc pigs are raised in harmony in a leafy woodland of holm oaks and oaks surrounded by a privileged environment with a healthy meat, of high quality, outdoors feeding on pastures and roots counting on a 100% organic diet.
