100% Iberian Organic Bellota Ham from pigs raised in extensive livestock, whose growth is followed and certified by the competent entity, which certifies that all their food is natural, without receiving any food that is not certified as organic.

Their last stage is spent in montanera, eating acorns until they reach the optimal weight for slaughter. In its curing process of this 100% Iberian Organic Bellota Ham , only sea salt from the coast of Huelva, organic sunflower seed oil, and butter certified as organic are used. They have a cure of between 36 and 48 months.

Cumbres Mayores is a unique enclave in the production of Iberian ham.

Cumbres Mayores has a perfect climate for the curing of Iberian hams and sausages where they are cured in natural dryers with marked characteristics referring to textures and flavors with a completely artisan elaboration.

Located north of Huelva. Excellent Iberian products considered gourmet are distributed at a private level and for prestigious restaurants.

The best pieces of Jamones Ibéricos Chaparro are covered by the Jabugo Denomination of Origin, which guarantees that the shoulder hams belong to purebred Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the pastures.
