The lomo "doblao" is a very particular and traditional way of curing lomo ibérico. It is not easy to find and therefore it is an opportunity to try this typical gastronomic jewel of Extremadura.

Each piece of lomo comes from animals fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera, which guarantees a perfect balance between fat infiltration and natural flavor.

Its slow curing, carried out in optimal conditions, enhances its intense aroma and delicate nuances that delight the most demanding palates.
