Bellota shoulder 50% Iberian from pigs raised in freedom in the Dehesa Salmantina in the foothills of the Sierra de Béjar. An Iberian shoulder of Acorn soft flavor and juicy in its texture thanks to the infiltrated fat provided by the Duroc-Iberian cross.

The 50% Iberian Bellota Shoulder gives a cut yield of 30-35%. You will always have a higher performance when the palette is larger.

This paleta offers a cutting yield of 30-35%, which tends to be higher the larger the paleta.
