Jesús García is not only Spanish Champion of cutters. Jesús is a cattle farmer, he comes from a family of cattle ranchers. He buys, sells pigs, cures hams, buys and sells hams.
Jesús García has spent his whole life among Iberian hams, in the Dehesa, cutting ham, selecting hams for the most exquisite tables.
Today he presents his PREMIUM Ham. A ham out of the norm from pigs raised in freedom in the oak groves of Extremadura and that have been fed on herbs, roots and the fruits of holm oaks, gall oaks and cork oaks.

Arte y Corte, established in 2012 by master cutter Jesús García, specializes in the production of premium hams. After winning the Spanish championship of ham cutters, Jesús founded his factory using his own and family cattle.
