Jamones ibéricos El Serrano - Extremadura
The acorn-fed ham of Iberian Pork El Serrano 1910, responds to very specific characteristics:
- Stylized piece, with a thin and thin leg, which confirms its origin as a 100% Iberian pig.
- Fluid and slightly oxidized covering fat, as a result of a diet based on acorns, complemented with herbs and other resources from our pastures.
- Minimum curing time of 3 years in our centennial wineries.
